  • Classic French patisserie desserts, entremets are light, layered, and visually appealing desserts. There are typically at least 3 layers of different textures: a cookie or cake base, a gelée or compote insert, and a mousse, all covered in a white chocolate flavoured mirror glaze. These are completely customizable.
